Strathcona Basketball League had a record breaking fall season! Fourteen teams competed across two divisions. Our teams in Division 2 battled it out all season long but the race for the top seed was between Strathcona and SJ Puppies. Congratulations to Strathcona for taking home the championship banner! It was a dog fight every night in Division 1 with several overtime games. In the final, Victory squeezed out a 2 point win against Pippen Ain’t Easy claiming back-to-back championships. Without a doubt the season highlight was our inaugural All Star Night! SBL All-Stars put on a show for all of our athletes, friends and families that came out to support. We’re excited about the league’s continued growth and look forward to the upcoming Spring season!
